Publisher view of the PageBox log.

Changes:

• 0.0.9: display the form even if no log found; SSL support
• 0.0.10: Parameterized Web service name; deployer-class parameter; printError method; content type
• 0.1.0: init modified; getMessage -> toString to get more info in case of exception
